This is my interptetation of a Gaucho knife, carried by south American cowboys and used for everything from cooking to hunting to self defence. This one is 340 x 50 x5mm and features a very hardy concave grind. the steel is stainless CPM154. The handle has stainless 416 for the fittings and fluted black diamond richlite inlaid with twisted titanium wire. Full takedown construction. Overall weight (without the sheath) is 540g, overall length is just under 500mm.
