Carbon bread

This is from 15n20 carbon steel, 260mm blade 55mm at the heel with a 3mm spine. These serrations will make short work of the toughest crusts.

Full tang construction, handle is red g10 and black paper micarta, stainless pins + tube.

Carbon steel will patina with use and rust if neglected.
