Laser grind chef

Another big chef! This one is in spicy white high carbon steel at a verified 63hrc with a super sexy smokv hamon. Laser grind. Decent distal taper but not too dramatic. Zero edge. This is the kind of grinc I don't do too often, it requires respect and care in use, misuse is guaranteed to cause a chip. If you use the knife with care and pay attention to what you're doing it will reward you with insane performance and precision. Along the edge it's 280mm and is 65mm tall at the heel. Handle is all hidden pins and paper micarta. Currently available, will be on my website shortly
