This is the biggest knife I've made. 355mm long blade, 55mm tall at the heel 490mm overall length, steel is (non stainless) carbon 1084. I have ground my typical chef profile so it's a very slicey setup and comes in at a very reasonable total weight of 350g. Spine and heel have been rounded, scales feature a small rounded step fitup to the knife and are of scorched jarrah with brass pins, blade is acid etched and steel wool rubbed. A great knife for a big brisket or perhaps slicing your full length baguettes in one go.
